This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Layer Figures Ltd, a company registered in Scotland, Company No. SC904970, registered office: 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4AN (“Layer Figures”, “we”, “us”). It should be read together with our Order Terms & Policies and Refund & Replacement Policy.
Production time
Every figurine is made to order. Production starts once you approve the sketch and takes 2–3 weeks (1–2 weeks for tabletop miniatures). Rush production in 7–10 days is available on request for an additional 30% of the order price. The expected timing is confirmed in your quote.
Payment and dispatch
We do not take payment upfront. When your figurine is finished, we email you photos of it together with a secure payment link for the order total, including shipping. We pack and dispatch the figurine once the payment is received.
Shipping methods, rates and delivery times
We ship across the United States with tracked services:

Delivery times are counted in business days from dispatch and are estimates provided by the carrier. The exact shipping cost is stated in your quote.
Shipping address
We ship to the address you confirm when you pay. Please check it carefully. If you need to change it, contact us before the parcel is dispatched.
Packaging
Every figurine travels in a foam-lined gift box inside a sturdy shipping carton. Thin parts such as swords, tails, wings and staffs get extra support so they arrive intact. On request we can leave the invoice out of the box and add a printed card with your message.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves the studio you receive an email with the carrier and the tracking number.
Insurance, damage and loss
All parcels are insured for their full value. If your figurine arrives damaged, send us a photo of the box and the piece within 7 days of delivery — we will repair or remake it at no cost to you. Damaged and lost parcels are handled under our Refund & Replacement Policy.
International orders
We ship outside the USA on request. Mention your country in the order form and we will include shipping and the expected import duties in your quote. Duties and taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient.
